Job Overview:

The Shipping Specialist oversees all warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient shipment of client orders. This role entails providing clients with real-time tracking information and fostering a positive customer experience.

Key Functions:

- Update clients on tracking

- Receiving, recording, and storing inventory

-Handling return and warranty processes

- Handle shipping status

- Create labels from UPS/FedEx

- Handover devices to technician if setup is required and prepare boxes for shipment

-Organize and maintain inventory and inform other departments for low inventory

-Update the master sheet with tracking details

Experience:

- Prior experience in customer service roles

- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel

- Knowledge of e-commerce shipping practices

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
