**Job Overview:** We are seeking a skilled Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects from beginning to end. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and be proficient in utilizing construction management software. **Responsibilities:** - Coordinate and supervise all construction activities - Manage and lead on-site construction teams - Ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule - Review and interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications - Implement and enforce safety protocols, including OSHA regulations - Communicate project progress to stakeholders - Utilize ProCore, Bluebeam, and other construction management software effectively - Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control **Requirements:** - Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred - Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role - Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting schematics - Strong knowledge of construction processes, procedures, and best practices - Familiarity with pipeline construction projects is a plus - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Excellent leadership and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $72,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
