The Content Creator will play a key role in creating compelling and engaging copy that effectively communicates the unique selling points and benefits of our products. This role requires a keen understanding of our business and target audience with a creative mindset and a knack for translating details into clear and persuasive language. You will collaborate with the merchandise and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and seamless customer experience across various channels.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop a deep understanding of the target audience to ensure product copy and details resonate with their needs.
• Write, format, and edit product titles & descriptions of products for the website.
• Provide quality assurance to ensure copy, photographs and product descriptions are accurate for website and marketing materials.
• Collaborate and support marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across all channels (website, daily emails, marketing materials and social media).
• Proofread and edit existing copy to ensure message consistency, proper grammar, sentence structure, punctuation, and technical accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications:

• College degree in English, Marketing, Journalism, or related field preferred.
• 2 years of copywriting experience, preferably with a background in e-commerce copy writing.
• Project management, multi-tasking, and quick decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
