Description

We are looking for a delivery driver to join our team! This position is very physical and requires carrying, loading and delivering all our flooring materials to the job sites. The delivery driver works closely alongside our project managers and field project managers to ensure accurate and timely delivery of materials. Many of our job sites require moving materials up stairs, on and off elevators and accessing the job site via lock boxes, key codes, and job site keys. Previous experience driving commercial vehicles/box van is required for this role. This position requires a clean driving record, background check, and good references. Good customer service skills are a must as interaction with homeowners is often part of the job. Good communication skills are necessary to be successful in this role. A positive, can do attitude, and ability to work well on a team are primary qualities that we are looking for.

Responsibilities:

• Driving the box van for material pick-ups from vendors and deliveries to the job site or our warehouse for staging
• Making sure all materials on the pick-up list that day are loaded and brought to designated location
• Be ready for emergency/add on pick-ups and deliveries
• Adhering to delivery calendar and schedule as coordinated by our PM’s
• Using forklift in the warehouse to move materials at times
