Overview:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Porter to join our team. As a Porter, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our facilities and curb appeal. This is a vital role in ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for both employees and visitors.

Responsibilities:
- Grounds, parking lot, and community area upkeep
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors & garages to maintain cleanliness
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed
- Walk the grounds for trash and dog waste

- Follow established safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment

Experience:
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

-Adhering to company policy and fair housing laws

Skills:
- Facilities maintenance
- Porter duties

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
