Thank you for your interest in our open position. We are a small, quick service restaurant, founded in 2018, with two locations in downtown Indy. We serve our take on the traditional Hawaiian poke bowl, but have incorporated our from-scratch recipes that are inspired by Japanese cuisine. We prep our fresh produce, high quality raw tuna and salmon and sauces every morning.

• to support your teammates
• willingness to learn our processes (no kitchen experience required)
• prepping fresh produce, fish and from scratch sauces
• execute on proper and safe food handling
• keeping a clean kitchen
• utilization of the applications we use for inter-company communication, scheduling & payroll
• willingness to fail and learn from your mistakes

Ideal candidate is 21 and has weekend availability.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 38 per week
