B eacon Health Management is recruiting for experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrators for our skilled nursing facilities located in multiple cities throughout Georgia.

We are located South of Macon.

Responsible for the overall management of a facility. Plans, develops, directs, monitors and supports all operational, administrative, clinical, human resources, customer service and fiscal activities for the facility's programs and services.

Qualifications:

• Georgia Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) License
• At least 2-3 years of experience
• Should have overall Operations knowledge
• Excellent communication and managerial skills
• Should be a role model and willing to work with staff to ensure quality services are being provided
• Must be able to problem solve any concerns raised by residents, families, visitors and staff
• Solid work history within the healthcare community
• Must meet all local health regulations. This requirement also includes criminal background investigation and reference inquiry
