Responsibilities of the Windows Engineer Include:

• Familiarity with managing user accounts, group policies, server and software installations and configurations, scripting, and overseeing upgrades within the WSUS framework.
• Accountable for overseeing an upstream WSUS server that distributes updates to multiple downstream servers connected to the network.
• Proficient in scripting languages such as PowerShell, .NET, VB, and C#.
• Experience in handling backup, restoration, and testing of SQL databases and systems.
• Capable of drafting technical standards documentation and creating diagrams at an enterprise level.
• Effective collaboration abilities enabling seamless teamwork across diverse cross-functional teams.
• Prior involvement in providing support for classified cloud computing systems tailored for Intelligence Community clients.
• Adept at monitoring and optimizing system resources, encompassing CPU, storage, and other cloud resources to sustain operational efficiency.
• Skilled in performing system security administration tasks, including user profile and account creation.

Requirements of the Windows Engineer include:

• 8 years of experience with Windows Administration
• Must hold an active Top Secret security clearance
• Bachelor’s Degree or 4 additional years of experience
• Must possess a CYSA before starting

Compensation for the Windows Engineer Includes:

• Salary: $175000.00 (commensurate on experience)
