Synergy Associates is Hiring a HPE Product Manager Near Medina, MN

Synergy Associates is seeking an HPE Product Manager to lead the portfolio of HPE offerings to Authorized Resellers in U.S., Canada, Mexico and Latin America. As a Tier-1 US distributor of HPE and Dell Enterprise level technology featuring Servers, Networking and Storage product lines; Synergy is committed to assisting the reseller partners select, configure and deliver the industry’s best solutions from its distribution facility in Minnesota. As the HPE Product Manager, you will have responsibility for successfully driving HPE product roadmaps, understanding customer needs through analytics, and creating a coherent product vision, implementation and go-to-market plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop opportunities within the server, networking and storage market for HPE New and Renew products
  • Works closely with a team of Senior Account Managers supporting team success in achieving all margin and revenue quotas
  • Serve as the HPE product features and benefits subject matter expert
  • Research and monitor the global marketplace to understand the competitive environment, evolving market needs, and pricing expectations for HPE product offerings
  • Partner with sales teams in U.S. and international regions to support the overall success of HPE sales and opportunities
  • Review HPE configurations and HPE product compatibility alongside sales team
  • Advise sales team members on HPE product requirements to ensure maximum performance and availability
  • Act as the focal point to provide information supporting sales pursuits, and to support internal business processes
  • Create and maintain relationships with customers and HPE to achieve overall sales goals and maximum success in our channel
  • Develop, deliver, and drive a portfolio and go-to-market strategy and roadmap, partnering with internal teams
  • Execute on strategies to increase profitability
  • Evaluate and support partnership opportunities
  • Monitoring the overall consumption and customer demand of HPE products
  • Develop new relationships with target customers
  • Pipeline and inventory list management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, sales, or technology development
  • Proven relationship management skills with ability to form authentic connections with internal and external resources
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills; articulate and persuasive
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Organized with Microsoft Office competency. SAP B1 HANA is a plus.
  • Flexibility and adaptive to new challenges and various tasks throughout the day
