Job Perks:

Reasonable workload & no crazy quotas

Even though this job includes picking up heavy things, we expect people to work at a reasonable not-backbreaking pace. We typically do 5-10 local stops per day on the truck and believe that an engaged but unhurried pace in the store is the most efficient way to work.

This is a physical job with some heavy lifting, but we want you to have the tools you need to be safe. We send out a team of two (driver helper) and provide any moving equipment you may need.

Set schedule every week - hours are 9:30am-6:00pm

Work-life balance is important to us! We can guarantee 40 hours, 5 days a week. You get every Sunday another weekday off.

Job variety – time on the truck and in the store

There’s a lot of variety in this place! Every day is a little different because every donation is different.

This is NOT a driving only position. You might drive the truck, you might ride along as a helper, or you might work in the store on any given day. While in the store, you’ll learn our business operations by helping us screen donations, price, merchandise, and provide customer service.

Weekly pay & great benefits

Qualifications:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have a valid driver’s license (No CDL required) and pass a driving record check
• No convictions of theft, violence, or sexual assault
• Willing and able to do the following: driving, some heavy lifting, customer service, pricing and merchandising
• Able to take initiative and self-start
• Able to work in a warehouse adjacent environment and in all types of weather
• Able to maintain a professional demeanor while completing strenuous physical tasks, keeping the route on schedule, and managing changing priorities.
• Able to lift 50lbs. Standing, walking, pushing, pulling, twisting, carrying, bending, reaching, and lifting above and below waist level will be required
