Job Description
Responsibilities
- Ensure all purchases are made in a cost-effective and timely manner
- Seek new and innovative vendors to enhance company's supply chain
- Monitor the logistics process, including inventory control, transportation, and warehousing
- Receive and process shipments as needed
- Analyze and evaluate procurement processes to identify areas for improvement
- Ensure materials are delivered on time and within budget
- Complete accurate and timely orders
- Accurately Maintain and track inventory.
- Consistently demonstrates Can Do! Will Do! attitude
Qualifications
- Experience with procurement, supply chain processes, and purchasing policies
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and make good decisions
- Strong time management skills; highly organized and detailed oriented
- Capacity to manage multiple projects, tasks, and requests effectively
- 1-2 years of experience in a procurement role, preferably within IT
- High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, Paid Time Off, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
