Job Summary:
We are seeking a Northern Strike Exercise Integrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and integrating intelligence activities during military exercises, ensuring seamless operations and effective communication.

Responsibilities:

• Prior to exercise execution, contractor shall create relationships and products that facilitate joint readiness training objectives.
• Works in close concert with Exercise Northern Strike leadership team and S 2/3 OIC to ensure mission success of key exercise objectives.
• Attends Exercise Northern Strike battle rhythm events and provide feedback pertinent to integration of exercises that are aligned and linked. Contractor shall be considered the Subject Matter Expert of outside exercise integration.
• Has demonstrated brigade command and staff level experience in a joint environment. Contractor shall have verified experience on the leadership team of national level exercise.
• Regularly travel throughout the year to attend Joint Exercise Lifecycle Conference events to coordinate with participating units, exercise enablers and the planning team to fully develop and communicate the requirements of aligned and linked exercises. These travel requirements are usually one week in duration.
• Attends Joint Exercise Lifecycle Conference events of linked and aligned exercises to fully develop and communicate the requirements of Exercise Northern Strike. These travel requirements are usually three to five days in duration.
• During exercise execution, generally in 4th Quarter of every Fiscal Year, the contractor shall be present at the exercise including any foundation/academy requirements on the front end of the exercise.
• On site requirements at execution is normally four weeks or less as determined by the exercise leadership
• The responsibility for exercises integrator during execution falls to the S 2/3 section on the Exercise Support Manning Document (ESMD). The contractor is a member on this team during execution and may have requirements to work in either the exercise control (real world) or HICOM (scenario-based operations center) or both. Prior to execution the contractor shall coordinate with the S 2/3 Section as identified to communicate the aligned and linked exercise scheme and work through individual responsibilities at the exercise.
• Post exercise execution, the contractor shall deliver a written report that presents an After-Action Review of the integration of Exercise Northern Strike and aligned and linked exercises. This quantitative analysis may generate a classification on products and correspondence above UNCLASSIFIED, and the contractor shall manage this with staff assistance to ensure spillage does not occur.
• Review, edit, and produce whitepapers and articles associated with exercise execution and submit approved whitepapers to various DoD publications. Expected quantities are 1-2 whitepapers associated with the winter NS rotation, as well as 2-3 for the summer NS rotation. Written communications skills commensurate with undergraduate-level college education required6.0
