Claims TechnicianResponsibilities - This position handles predominantly first and third party auto physical damage losses as well as some General Liability cases within our multi-line claim department.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Investigate coverage, liability and damages for all assigned claims
- Provide Exceptional service to our members and their business partners
- Work with external vendors to ensure performance is up to department standards
- Ability to work independently and manage a back-log of claims through final resolution
Experience/education – Minimum of one to two years in handling property and casualty claims preferred. College degree or equivalent work experience considered.
