Trend Salon, voted 2023, 2022, and 2021’s Charlottesville’s Finest Hair Salon, is in growth mode!

We are looking for full and/or part-time Customer Service Coordinator to add to our salon.

The perfect candidate will have a strong sense of customer service and a bright, sunny personality! They must thrive in a fast-pace environment. We are looking for those that can multitask, are organized, have a passion for working with people, and can deliver fabulous customer service. Lead positions can be offered for the right candidate!

Duties will include the following:

· Warmly greet clients - Check them in upon arrival, verifying contact info and offering upgrades to services

· Check clients out at the end of their service reaching rebooking and retail targets

· Answer phone calls and assist the client as necessary including satisfaction issues

· Schedule and coordinate all client appointments and services. Manage the appointment book and staff schedules

· Handle opening & closing procedures such as balancing the cash drawer and change

· Offer stylist support with services. This can include sweeping hair, cleaning space between clients, and prepping for the next service.

· Maintain a clean salon space and retail areas

-Help meet team goals, including retail sales, bookings, and service upgrades

Our salon is open weekdays until 8pm and Saturdays until 7pm. We are not open on Sundays.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
