We are looking for a part time Receptionist to join our staff. This position is for every other Sunday, from 8am to 7pm. In addition, there is a rotating holiday schedule, and opportunities to pick up open shifts as well. This position requires telephone etiquette skills, managing any office assignments given, and presenting our team in a positive way. Ultimately, you’ll help provide an unforgettable living experience for our residents and guests.

Responsibilities

• Answering phones
• Greeting guests at the desk
• Responding to pendant system
• Answer inquiries at desk
• Maintain a friendly and helpful demeanor
• Any small projects as assigned

• Ability to follow instructions and help with various tasks, as needed
• Time management skills
• Attention to detail
• Availability to work shifts, during weekends, rotating holidays and any pick up shift as needed
• Exceptional attendance is a MUST
