We have an exciting opportunity for Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to join us for immediate 8 or 12-hour day and night shifts in San Bernardino and surrounding areas. Requirements:

- Proficient in GTube feeding, Vent, and Trach care

- Current California LVN license

- Immediate availability to take on cases

- Minimum of one year experience in acute care

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to follow medical directives

- Current CPR certification

- Reliable transportation with liability insurance

Responsibilities:

- Provide quality, evidence-based nursing care to adults

- Monitor patient condition and report changes promptly

- Ability to handle emergency situations effectively

- Administer medications as per MD order

- Adhere to agency standards and protocols

- Cultural competency and ethical behavior
