**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a meticulous Sterilization Technician to join our dental team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sterility of dental instruments and equipment, ensuring the highest standards of infection control.

**Duties:**

- Clean, disinfect, and sterilize dental instruments and equipment

- Prepare treatment rooms by ensuring all surfaces are disinfected

- Monitor and document sterilization processes

- Maintain inventory of supplies needed for sterilization procedures

- Adhere to strict infection control protocols

- Assist with other clinical tasks as needed

**Experience:**

- Prior experience in a dental setting preferred but not required

- Proficiency in aseptic techniques and infection control measures

- Strong anatomy knowledge to ensure proper handling of instruments
