Maintenance/Make-Ready Technician needed for Alexandria property management company.

Industry experience in over all apartment maintenance including electrical, plumbing, and some carpentry required. HVAC certification is a plus, but not required. HVAC certification preferred, but not required. The ideal candidate will be reliable, self-motivated, willing to learn new skills and work well with others as a team.

Must have valid driver's license, reliable transportation with proof of insurance and pass a background check.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
