LifeLinks Mental Health is looking for a:

Service Director:

We are looking for a leader to provide upper-level management of the agency’s Mental Health Adult Residential Program. This includes two 24-hour supervised group homes and a supportive housing apartment complex in Mattoon and Charleston. Qualified applicants must have a strong ability to communicate and work with others to accomplish goals and objectives.

This position requires responsibility for overseeing the residential program in its entirety, including compliance alongside two assistant coordinators to ensure compliance and provide clinical supervision to staff among other daily tasks listed below.

Successful candidates will:

-Have good leadership skills

-Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

-Knowledge and understanding of the behavioral health system, including the CILA program, in Illinois.

-Have the ability to coordinate and integrate treatment between program components and maintain regulatory and safety compliance.

-Communicate effectively and build strong relationships in order to accomplish goals and objectives.

A Masters in a Human Service Related field is required. A LCPC or LCSW is preferred.
