**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating our buses to transport children to and from school and off campus field trips.
**Duties:**
- Safely transport children to/from school and off-campus field trips.
- Communicate effectively with children, team members, and school personnel.
- Provide excellent care and safety during routes. Keep attendance log of all children while on route.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Ensure all emergency preparedness supplies remain stocked an in working order on assigned bus. Organize and perform emergency drills routinely with children assigned to route.
**Requirements:**
- Valid F endorsement with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience in commercial driving or a similar role.
- Strong communication skills to interact with childen and team members effectively.
- Knowledge assigned route and emergency procedures.
- CPR/First Aid Certified.
