RN Wound Care

We seek a dedicated RN Wound Care Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional patient care and expertise in wound management and treatment.

RN Wound Care Nurse

- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating wound care for patients
- Collaborating with healthcare providers to develop comprehensive wound treatment plans
- Monitoring and documenting wound healing progress
- Providing patient education on wound care techniques and prevention strategies
- Ensuring compliance with infection control protocols
- Utilizing electronic health record systems such as eClinicalWorks for accurate documentation
- Participating in multidisciplinary rounds to discuss patient progress

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) preferred
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- Certification in Wound Care (WCC) preferred
- Experience in Acute care settings
- Knowledge of hospice palliative medicine, infectious disease care, and catheter care practices

Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
