Currently has an opening for experienced Host/Hostess. This position receives tips:

Lumberjacks Restaurant, “Where the Big Boys Eat” is opening for dinner. We are a high volume, full-service casual family diner serving breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week. We are looking for Host/Hostess who can greet and provide guests with excellent and welcoming service.

We are passionate about our guests and the continued development of our team. Positions are part time working evening shifts at the Lumberjacks Restaurant.

Primary duties and responsibilities include:
1. Able to promote a welcoming environment for every guest.
2. All guests must be treated in a manner to ensure their complete satisfaction. Always strive to exceed our guest's expectations.
3. Able to interact with guests in a friendly and fast manner
4. Warmly greet guests at entrance, and direct to a table.
5. Greets guests and provide them with menu information including specials
6. Maintain specific side-work and ensure total cleanliness and smooth operation of the restaurant
7. Follow management's instructions and suggestions

Requirements:

• Strong work ethic and full commitment to guest satisfaction
• 100% commitment to teamwork approach
• ServSafe Food certification
• Excellent communication skills (verbally interacts with management, cooks, bussers, and guests)
