Community Food Bank is Hiring an Administrative Coordinator Near Tucson, AZ

Function: Under the leadership of the Associate Director, the Administrative Coordinator will support all programs at the Caridad Community Kitchen (CCK) including Senior Meals, Community Meals, Culinary Training, and Social Enterprise for the Community Food Bank (CFB).

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Coordinates and maintains partnerships with contracted partners by communicating to ensure we meet the needs of the community.

* Creates, organizes and maintains all electronic and physical program files.

* Designs and maintains meal number spreadsheets for all programs.

* Responsible for accurate data entry for accounts payable and receivable using accounting software and other programs.

* Daily tasks including but not limited to office organization, guest services, and staff support.

* Works independently and within a team on non-recurring and ongoing projects.

* Facilitates communications, both oral and written.

* Plans, schedules, and attends meetings, recordings and publishing minutes to attendees in a timely manner.

* Schedules and organizes department activities as requested, coordinating calendars as appropriate.

* Provides guest support through set-up and distribution of food and personal care items as needed.

* Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

* Knowledge of coordinating and maintaining partnerships and communicating to ensure we meet the needs of our community.

* Skills in creating, organizing and maintaining program files to include spreadsheets for all programs.

* Ability to input data using accounting software and other technology programs.

* Effective time management and organizational skills.

* Strong customer service, communication, and listening skills.

* Ability to work with people from diverse economic, social, and political backgrounds.

Minimum Qualifications:

* A high school diploma or equivalent.

* One (1) year of experience in a fast-paced, complex work environment demonstrating organizational and follow-through skills.

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Office 365, and aptitude to learn other software platforms.

* For company insurance purposes, at least 21 years of age; possess a current Arizona Driver's License with a safe driving record.

Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered if applicable and must be directly related to the functions and body of knowledge required to successfully perform the job.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Two (2) years of experience in a fast-paced, complex work environment demonstrating organizational and follow-through skills.

* Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Physical Requirements:

* Light Work ability to exert 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.
