Confidential Property Management is Hiring a Club Manager Near New York, NY
We are a New York based real estate owner and manager, recruiting for an experienced Full Time Health Club Manager to oversee the daily operations of the Health Club in one of our Luxury Residential Buildings. Hours include weekends.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for overall operations and manage staff within the Health Club
- Evaluate and develop marketing strategies to increase Club memberships
- Manage overall revenue and expenses of Health Club, including increasing revenue sources
- Develop a plan to improve the Health Club including capital improvement and equipment upgrades
- Production of daily, weekly and monthly production reports
- Daily inspection of pool and pump room
- Inspect the Health Club on a daily basis, address any conditions requiring attention
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Health Club experience with a minimum of 2 years health club management experience
- Excellent Customer Service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented; good organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent knowledge of gym equipment
- Current lifeguard certification, CPO, CPR and AED certified required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 per hour
