Summary:
? As the BCBA, you will have the ability to decide how many clients you would like to take on.
? BCaBA is also available upon request to further facilitate visits and other responsibilities.
? Unlimited support will be provided on an ongoing basis.
? Travel could be anywhere from Deerfield Beach to Homestead, depending on your area preferences.
?
Responsibilities :
? Familiarity with the BACB Task List (5th ed.)
? Familiarity with the BACB Ethics and Discipline Code
? Work in a center, home, or school setting
? Attend meetings and trainings as needed
? Conduct assessments with Lead BCBA
? Monitoring and quality control of entire case load accepted
? Providing supervision to RBTs
? Maintain open lines of communication with the Lead BCBA and office staff
?
Requirements :
? Medicaid Provider
? Active BCBA certification
? Masters Degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or education
? 8-hour supervision course
? Experience with children aged 2-18
? Level 2 clearance
? Professional Liability Insurance
? CPR/First Aid/AED certification
? HIV/AIDS, HIPAA, and OSHA certification
? Fluent in English and Spanish
? Reliable transportation and smartphone
? Strong written and verbal communication skills
? Strong time management and interpersonal skills
