Mayer Bros. Apple Products in West Seneca is looking for a full-time employee that will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing food production equipment as the production schedule allows

**Sunday- Thursday 6am-3pm***

The following are some of the responsibilities:

• Completion of proper paperwork and verification of sanitization
• Follow the Master cleaning schedule and allow for time to sanitize and clean production areas/equipment as needed
• Responsible for the equipment cleaning requirements based on regulatory requirements (i.e. USDA, FDA, SQF, and other agencies as required) and elimination of contamination. Participation in pre-op for USDA and swabbing.
• Responsible for the disconnection and connection of all equipment in regards to the CIP system. Responsible for the equipment functions and routine maintenance in regards to cleaning
• Troubleshooting sanitation equipment and knowing chemical usage
• Work closely with other departments within manufacturing plant for production and maintenance needs
• Responsible for being flexible in regards to production scheduling and sanitation needs
• Perform daily cleaning assignments
• Perform pre-op inspections
• Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED required

• Experience in food sanitation preferred but not required We provide a competitive benefit package including 401k, medical, and dental plan as well as paid holidays
