As we continue to expand, we are searching for an Operations Guru who is passionate about building efficient systems from the ground up and leading our team to new heights of excellence.

The Role:

Our CEO, currently managing Operations, is ready to pass the baton to someone who can focus on operational excellence, allowing them to concentrate on strategic growth. There are no pre-existing frameworks here—just a blank slate awaiting your expertise and vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement robust operational processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity.
• Dive deep into every aspect of our manufacturing and office operations to understand, improve, and standardize workflows.
• Lead, coach, and inspire our production team, fostering a culture that values the dignity of hard work and respects every individual.
• Coordinate closely with all departments to ensure seamless integration of new systems and processes.
• Maintain and elevate our renowned standard of high quality, ensuring every little detail is perfected.
• Leverage our 50 years of industry knowledge and the energy of our team to build foundational processes that support sustainable growth.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in operations management within a manufacturing setting, with a passion for process improvement and team leadership.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to learning and development.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working respectfully and effectively with diverse teams.
• A track record of developing and implementing successful operational strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
