Edwards County Medical Center is Hiring a HR Coordinator Near Kinsley, KS

This position will assist with the daily operations of the Human Resources Department.

Hours: Monday-Friday 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Wage: dependent on experience; $19-$21/hour

Minimal Qualifications, Experience & Skills

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous HR experience a plus, but not required. Will train the right person.
  • Ability to learn quickly in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and organization is a must.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of staff.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact and professionalism.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Partake in new employee on-boarding orientation planning.
  • Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
  • Update employee database information.
  • Oversee office and administrative tasks.
  • Create and maintain personnel files.
  • Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
