Job Title: Operations Manager
Delivery Department Reports to: VP (Mike) and other Company Owners
The Operations Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and timely delivery of our liquid products. They oversee the Delivery Department, manage driver training, handle customer inquiries, and collaborate with various departments to optimize delivery operations.
This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction. The Operations Manager must be able to multitask effectively and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
