Federal Taphouse is hiring a Bar Manager. The Bar Manager is responsible for the daily front of the house shift operations including scheduling and supervision of all staff, staffing levels, food, and beverage quality. Candidates must have the ability to control labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, and inventory control. The Bar Manager will organize the Beer Events and Beer Program. Candidates will manage the business aspects of the bar, such as keeping a current liquor license, negotiating supplier contracts, ordering product, and setting goals.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
