Essential duties and responsibilities of Lead Molding Process Tech

• Responsible for optimization of molding processes to maximize output, minimize scrap, and meet internal productivity goals and external customer quality expectations
• Responsible for creating, maintaining, and administering molding training programs
• Troubleshoot and correct mechanical deficiencies, electrical, and pneumatic devices
• Work directly with maintenance personnel, line personnel, management in problem solving to ensure maximum production efficiencies
• Work closely with QA and develop an action plan to address negative process trends
• Audit to ensure all molds are in a production ready state and all molds completed to PM schedule
• Participate and or lead SMED, 5S, and other improvement activities
• Employee will be required to follow all relevant work instructions, adhere to company policy - including safety and health policies, and to complete any job requirements as directed by management
• Have a good attendance per company policy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
