This role is responsible for performing a variety of complex duties with regards to the deposit operations function supporting branches and customers. This position requires a consistent positive attitude while resolving both internal and external customer issues.

Responsibilities:

• Service both branch internal customers and external customers with a positive attitude and superior customer service.
• Resolve customer issues with regards to deposit products and services.
• Assist with Deposit Operations functions, including but not limited to Returned Item Maintenance, Daily ACH Processing, Fraud Disputes and Debit Card Maintenance and Processing.
• Perform daily Wire Transfer Processing, Digital Services Support, Returned Item Processing, Online Account Opening Review, Decedent Processing and IRA Reporting and support.
• Assist the Finance Department with resolving check processing issues/errors, Federal Reserve adjustments, and other issues related to various general ledger accounts used by Deposit Operations.
• Produces and distributes deposit statements and other customer notifications.
• Escheat and dormant account support.
• Back-up to additional functions within the Deposit Operations Department.
• Ensure adherence with all bank policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, compliance standards and risk management.
• Promote internal communications with all Bank departments to ensure quality and consistency in the processing of branch products and service offerings.
• Represent and promote favorable image and uphold the Bank’s reputation through involvement in community activities.
• Acts in accordance with corporate culture, policies, confidentiality and regulations.
• Performs other duties as assigned, and as necessary to support the successful operation of the bank.
