Thrive peer support is Hiring a CLIENT SPECIALIST I (CLINICAL) Near Solon, OH

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answer the assessment line and complete assessments and/or treatment plans with clients 
  • Provide SUD therapy to clients in conjunction with their needs and treatment plan
  • Provide support and coordination to clients and complete and update treatment plans, with a focus on SUD primary clients
  • Co-facilitate peer reviews and trainings
  • Engage with clients to ensure services are received in a timely manner
  • Consult with clients and family members (as needed) to discuss goals
  • Maintain compliance with all state and federal guidelines
  • Work individually with clients and collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team of professionals
  • Educate clients about their condition and give specific instruction and support 
  • Utilize telehealth platforms when necessary to engage with clients in completing provisional assessments and other services
  • Advocate for the needs of each individual
  • Provide hope and help in changing patterns and behaviors
  • Develop rapport with clients and check-in regularly with and evaluate and document progress
  • Complete administrative duties in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintain compliance with all Medicaid guidelines
  • Act as an advocate for program participants with courts, schools, treatment centers, and other services or agencies as appropriate in order to make referrals and conduct follow ups
  • Complete all supervision and attend required meetings and documentation to ensure compliance with regulations
  • Serve a client base 13 and older
  • Other duties as assigned
