We have an opening for a Field Coordinator in our New Haven Office for 15 hours a week.

Times can be flexible between 9am-5pm Monday - Friday

Paid training will be held in our Glastonbury location for the first week and then New Haven for the second week.

Job will require you to travel to client houses and meet with them and family to go over care plans and paperwork and report back to office. You will be required to schedule these visits. Other tasks will include visiting local places to hand out marketing material.
