Leading Saco based Property Management Company is seeking a Dispatcher / Controller for residential properties in the greater southern Maine area. Full time position; hourly pay based on experience.

Requirements:

· Must be a self-starter

· Must be able to work independently

· Must have computer skills

· Knowledge of maintenance skills is helpful, but not required

· Must have customer service skills

Job Description:

· Create maintenance work orders

· Create maintenance schedules

· Keeping track of time sheets of maintenance team

· Keeping track of inventory

· Ordering supplies for maintenance team

· Assist in answering phone calls

· Perform other related tasks as required or assigned

· Training will be provided

· Starting pay: $21.00 - $24.00 based on experience
