Aloha Pools & Spas, LLC is Hiring a Service Coordinator Near Union, TN

  • Aloha Pools & Spas, the largest Pool and Spa company in the Mid South is looking to fill the role of Service Assistant. We are looking for someone with above-average computer skills, good note-taking skills, and excellent customer service/communication.
  • Service Assistant/Data Entry
  • Takes phone calls from customers and enters service orders into the computer system.
  • Gathers information and relays information to service techs in the field.
  • Relays information to customers via email, phone, and text message.
  • Assists the service manager with scheduling service calls and collecting credit card payments as needed.
  • Uses Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook) for creating/editing documents, spreadsheets, data entry, and sending/receiving emails.
