Dixie Overland Construction is Hiring a Construction Foreman Near Shreveport, LA
Pay based on experience and qualifications.
The Foreman is the key to the successful completion of all work constructed on DOC’s projects. It is the Foreman’s responsibility to exhibit proper planning and foresight, a dedication to quality and a positive mentoring and teaching attitude. DOC has Working Foreman, that means “belts on or in the seat”. It is our goal that you receive all the equipment manpower and support that is needed to execute the following objectives.

Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols in the construction industry.
- Experience with reading blueprints, and implementing quality control measures.
- Knowledge of interpreting schematics and technical drawings to guide construction activities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
