K Town Vapor Lounge Llc in Kennesaw, GA is looking for one General Manager to join our 7 person strong team. We are located on 667 Ernest W Barrett Pkwy. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and hard-working.

Responsibilities

*Drive Sales through Coaching, Training, Merchandising *Oversee daily business operations *Manage staff and delegate responsibility as needed *Coach and Develop Staff through positive reinforcement and developmental planning *Maintain excellent customer service standards *Manage profit and loss figures *Manage social media and take part in Marketing Planning and Execution.

Qualifications

*Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workers *Positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture *Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused workplace *Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize *Proven success in previous retail store manager positions *Successful Social Media Experience a plus!
