Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Host/Host. As a Host/Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing them with a warm welcome and ensuring a positive dining experience. This position requires excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:
- Greet guests upon arrival and escort them to their tables
- Manage the waitlist and seating arrangements
- Provide menus and answer any questions regarding menu items
- Take reservations over the phone and through online platforms
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with any guest inquiries or concerns
- Help with general restaurant tasks as needed

Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or other point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Knowledge of hotel or hospitality industry is beneficial
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
