Job Description:

Randy Curnow Collision Center, a high-volume collision repair facility with multiple OEM certifications, is seeking an experienced Collision Center Production Manager. We need a dynamic individual who is ready to hit the ground running, can work well with technicians, and maintain organization and effective communication with the front office and parts department.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the daily operations of the collision center to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality repairs.

- Coordinate and manage technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.

- Communicate effectively with the front office, parts department, and other team members to ensure seamless operations.

- Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all aspects of production management.

- Utilize CCC One to manage repair orders and production schedules.

- Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards.

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a production manager in a collision center is required.

- Familiarity with CCC One estimating platform.

- Strong organizational and leadership skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Commitment to providing high-quality repairs and exceptional customer service.

- Valid driver's license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
