We are for someone who is self motivated. We need someone who knows how to work with laminate flooring, granite and ceramic tile. Apartment experiance is a plus.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- Property maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
