Responsibilities:

• Operate grain handling equipment to efficiently load barges and unload trucks, ensuring timely and accurate transfer of grain.
• Conduct routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Uphold cleanliness standards and contribute to the overall cleanliness of the facility.
• Collaborate with team members to accomplish goals efficiently and safely.
• Monitor grain conditions and promptly communicate any potential issues to management.
• Safely operate a variety of equipment, including skid steers, tractors, and trucks.
• Flexibility to perform additional duties as assigned to support the team and facility operations.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED); one to three years of related experience and/or training preferred.
• Ability to work in outdoor conditions, including exposure to heat, cold, dust, etc., and occasional weekends during harvest season.
• Physical capability to handle shoveling, kneeling, climbing, and lifting objects up to 70 pounds.
• Comfortable working safely at heights and in confined spaces.
• Strong commitment to safety protocols and procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
