Hotel Front Desk Agent - Evening - $18.75 hour Employee Benefits (Seasonal Position)

Schedule is 3:00 pm to 8:00pm Sunday Thru Wednesday

Employee and immediate family use of hotel facilities such as pool table, bike loans, indoor heated pool and spas, fitness room, shows and food events at pavilion, ski storage and waxing, sledding hill and ice skating pond.
Responsibilities
- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
- Complete online and phone reservations
- Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data
- Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay)
- Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
- Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities
- Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Communicate with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests’ needs.
Skills
- Work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, or other relevant customer service role.
- Experience with hotel reservations software, or point of sale software.
- Customer service aptitude and warm, friendly demeanor.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Pay: $18.75 per hour
