We’re Hiring an experienced Licensed Loan Officer Assistant for our Corporate Team! 

Mann Mortgage, a growing multi-state, community anchored, mortgage lending company dedicated to helping aspiring borrowers fulfill the dream of home ownership, has an immediate opening for a Licensed Loan Officer Assistant in our Kalispell, MT Corporate Office. This position is remote.

Are you skilled in:

• Managing the client experience from origination to closing? 
• Encompass, DU, LP USDA and VA?
• Processing and preparing a variety of retail mortgage loans for closing?
• Serving as a liaison between the borrower, Processor, Underwriter, and Loan Officer?
• Partnering with the Loan Officer and Loan Processor to ensure the borrower’s loan closes within the established timeframe?
• Effectively communicating loan status updates in a timely manner? 
• Providing sales assistance, loan coordination, document collection, customer service and follow through with all facets of the loan origination process? 
• Being diplomatic and building trust?
• Accurately inputting data and maintain data integrity?
• Examining, evaluating and recommending customer applications for real estate loans?
• Soliciting customers through established networks and community involvement?

The general pay range for the position is $20-25 per hour with bonus incentive when listed as Loan Officer Assistant of record.

Requirements

A minimum of 3 years prior mortgage industry experience.

Active NMLS License and currently licensed in at least one state

Encompass experience.
