Overview:
We are looking to hire someone to run our frosted canteen and assist with making pizza’s this summer. Our snack bar is open 7 days a week. Hours may vary depending on occupancy. Schedule is flexible.

Responsibilities:
- Sanitate and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen areas
- Assist with food preparation and service
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills to ensure efficient workflow
- Apply basic math skills for tasks such as handling cash transactions
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations
- Utilize upselling techniques to enhance customer experience
- Apply retail math knowledge for inventory management
- Support bussing duties to keep the outdoor picnic area clean

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service or a related field is a plus
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Experience in bussing tables is beneficial
- Strong customer service skills
