Mayker is looking for a brilliant Inventory Assistant to provide key organizational and logistical support for our brand. We're in the market for someone who can combine their love of organizing (think: color-coded pillow rows and crisply folded sheets!) with a savvy for data and spreadsheets. The ideal candidate has killer organizational skills, a love for the nitty gritty, and a fanatical attention to detail.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Your chief role is overseeing the Decor section of our warehouse. From vases and art to pillows and throws, you’ll ensure all products are clean, organized, and easy-to-access. This is your domain and you’ll have full discretion and ownership to perfect it.
  • In tandem with maintaining the Decor area, you’ll assist with Design and Home Staging projects by actively prepping for projects or assisting with project strikes. More specifically:
  • Pre-Project: You’ll collaborate with the production team to select, wrap, and carefully pack inventory and decor—reviewing load list to ensure each home is well-prepared and has an accurate pack
  • Post-Project: You’ll oversee project load-outs, checking inventory to ensure all product is accounted for and taken from the property, as well as personally handle packing decor and fragile products for safe transport. When product returns to the warehouse, you’ll take care that products are thoughtfully returned to their proper homes for easy future access.
  • Lastly, you’re game to be flexible. You’re here to step-in and support our team and know that some projects may be last-minute and unexpected. Given the fast-moving nature of the industry, this can materialize in a variety of ways including errands and hands-on projects, etc. A willingness to be flexible—and wildly positive—is key.

Note: This position is hourly and is based in our warehouse in La Vergne, TN. Occasionally this team member will go on-site to projects, which are located in the Greater Nashville area.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
