Join our team of caring professionals who provide care for residents in an Adult Foster Care Home. Now offering full and part-time positions to trained candidates. The ultimate Direct Care Professional will be someone entrusted to provide support to residents with mental illness in Waterford, MI.

Applicant must be compassionate individuals willing to listen, encourage and provide support to our residents who are the heart of our organization. Easy commute to a small family-oriented setting centrally located near you.

Successful candidates:

• Shift needed: Full time 3pm-11pm with weekend and holiday availability
• Must be certified with either TTI, MORC WCLS, or OCHN.
• Please be prepared to provide current DSP training.
• Problem solvers with the ability to handle emergency situations
• Skilled in both verbal communication and written documentation
• Have a valid driver's license to transport residents to medical appointments, day programs and activities
• Able to administer medication and complete any CEU required.
• Household cleaning and cooking
