Responsibilities:

The General Laborer position will be responsible for the removal of junk from all vacant residential properties. Daily responsibilities include:

• Communicate with the punch out manager to prioritize tasks and determine schedule
• Complete property clean outs by removing furniture, trash, etc.
• Properly discard items by recycling or disposing of them
• Other duties as assigned

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Comfortable working in a fast paced and team environment
• Ability to manage timelines and meet deadlines
