Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Kindergarten Teacher to join our team at a private school. As a Kindergarten Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experience of young students and preparing them for future academic success.
Duties:
- Create and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the school's curriculum and educational standards
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where students feel safe, supported, and encouraged to explore and learn
- Utilize various teaching methods and learning technologies to accommodate different learning styles and abilities
- Provide individualized attention and support to students, including those with special needs or autism spectrum disorder
- Develop age-appropriate activities and materials that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development
- Monitor student progress, assess learning outcomes, and provide constructive feedback to students and parents/guardians
- Collaborate with other teachers, administrators, and support staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience for students
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and behavior
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students, parents/guardians, and colleagues
- Proficiency in using learning technology tools and resources to enhance instruction
- Experience working with children in an educational setting, preferably in kindergarten or early elementary grades
- Strong classroom management skills to create a structured yet nurturing learning environment
- Knowledge of education administration principles and practices
