Foundation for Successful Living is seeking compassionate individuals who have motivation for working with people! We serve a community of adults with I/DD in order to reach their goals of independence and create meaningful community connections. Staff members support our clients while they participate in skill building community activities and explore their interests.

Duties:

• Provides and encourages natural supports to their clients.
• Documents the activities of their clients.
• Treats all clients, their parents and staff with dignity and respect.
• Supports clients in choosing their activities based on their client’s interests and goals.
• Assist clients in learning life skills and vocational skills based on their skill level
• Follows HIPAA policies regarding confidentiality of their clients.

No experience needed, paid training provided
Monday-Friday 8:45-2:15 (Minimum 3 days/wk).

$16.50/hr Candidates must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current vehicle insurance to transport clients in the community. Mileage is reimbursed and company carries liability insurance.
